In advance of the December 2019 plenary, ACUS will hold committee meetings to consider five new projects. All meetings will be broadcast live and available afterward on ACUS’s Livestream channel.
The Committee on Regulation will consider a project on Agency Economists. The meetings will take place September 25 at 1:00 pm ET and October 17 at 1 pm ET. Read more about the project in our recent blog post.
The Committee on Adjudication will consider a project on Internet Evidence in Agency Adjudication. The meetings will take place September 26 at 2:00 pm ET and October 16 at 9:00 am ET.
The Committee on Administration and Management will consider projects on Acting Agency Officials and Delegations of Authority and Listing Agency Officials. The meetings will take place September 27 at 1:00 pm ET, October 18 at 1:00 pm ET, and November 4 at 1:00 pm ET. An ad hoc committee will consider a project on Recruiting and Hiring Agency Attorneys. The meetings will take place October 15 at 2:00 pm ET and October 28 at 1:00 pm ET.
