Harry M. Seidman

Harry M. Seidman is the Chief Financial and Operations Officer at the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS).
In this capacity, Mr. Seidman is responsible for day-to-day agency management. He also serves as the agency’s senior financial official, overseeing financial planning, budget execution, financial reporting, performance management, and financial auditing. In addition, Mr. Seidman coordinates the agency’s annual appropriations request for the President’s Budget and the Congress.
Mr. Seidman joined the Administrative Conference in August 2010 as a member of the original staff that “stood up” the agency. Previously, Mr. Seidman served as Lead Administrative Officer in the intramural research program at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH). Prior to entering federal service, Mr. Seidman worked in the non-profit sector.
Mr. Seidman earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The George Washington University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, earning degrees in both finance and government and politics with high honors. Mr. Seidman has completed executive education programs in global healthcare economics and policy at the London School of Economics and international relations at Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Seidman is a Certified Government Financial Manager, as accredited by the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
