Office of the Chair Comments to Agencies

Under its statutory responsibility to encourage federal agencies to carry out ACUS recommendations, the Office of the Chair monitors administrative procedure developments across the federal government and submits public comments in response to proposed rules and other requests for information. These comments inform agency officials and the public of relevant recommendations and other helpful ACUS resources.
