The Administrative Conference's regulations for information requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act were initially published at 76 Fed. Reg. 18635 (Apr. 5, 2011). The FOIA portion of these regulations was revised and updated at 82 Fed. Reg. 7631 (Jan. 23, 2017), to comply with the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 (Public Law 114-185), effective Mar. 14, 2017.
