- In total, 16 federal agencies reported 15,762 separate awards totaling $115,476,482.59.
- Of the 15,762 total awards, 15,755 were made in court cases, and seven were made in adversary adjudications.
- In total, 40 federal agencies reported paying no EAJA awards during FY 2021.
- Of the 56 agencies contacted, the Office of the Chair achieved a 100 percent compliance rate. All agencies reported by March 31, 2024, in response to the Office of the Chair’s requests.
