This is a draft proposed recommendation on federal agency use of ombudsmen, which will be the subject for discussion by the Committee on Rulemaking at its meeting on October 19, 2016.  The present draft reflects the discussion of the research team's suggested recommendations by the committee at its meeting on September 28, 2016.

This document shows suggested revisions of the draft recommendation on federal agency use of ombudsmen, which was dated October 7, 2016.  It has been prepared, based in part on comments received, for discussion by the Committee on Rulemaking at its meeting on October 19, 2016.

This document shows suggested revisions of the prior draft recommendation on federal agency use of ombudsmen (dated October 18, 2016), which was considered by the Committee on Rulemaking at its meeting on October 19, 2016.  It has been prepared for further consideration at the meeting of the Committee scheduled for November 3, 2016.
