Negotiated Rulemaking (Final Report)

As suggested by the Committee on Rulemaking, this final report documents the number of negotiated rulemaking committees formed since the most recent prior study in 2013.  The results are discussed briefly on page 12 of this report, and are presented in a table in the Appendix.
