Assembly adopts two additional recommendations

The Assembly of the Administrative Conference of the United States today adopted two recommendations regarding FACA and Agency Innovations in Rulemaking. It recommends changes to alleviate procedural burdens imposed by FACA, clarifications to the scope of the Act, and changes to enhance transparency and objectivity in the use of FACA committees.
