ACUS to Co-Host Forum on “Nationwide Injunctions and Federal Regulatory Programs” 

Washington D.C., January 31, 2020 – On February 12, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS), The George Washington University Law School, and the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice will host a forum on “Nationwide Injunctions and Federal Regulatory Programs.” 

The Honorable Jeffrey A. Rosen, Deputy Attorney General of the United States, will provide opening remarks. He will be followed by a panel of leading commentators, judges, and public officials who will address the arguments for and against nationwide injunctions, special issues that arise in challenges to federal regulations, and possible judicial and statutory reforms.
