ACUS Appoints Two New Public Members

Washington, D.C., March 27, 2019 - The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new public members: Steven P. Lehotsky and Eloise Pasachoff. Mr. Lehotsky is Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel at the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center; Professor Pasachoff is Professor of Law and the Agnes N. Williams Research Professor at Georgetown University Law Center.

Its membership is composed of senior federal officials, academics, and other experts from the private sector. Except for the Chairman, all ACUS Members are unpaid.
