Keith Holman is a Legal Fellow at ACUS. Before joining ACUS, Mr. Holman was a Senior Policy Counsel at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and an assistant chief counsel at the Office of Advocacy at the U.S. Small Business Administration. At the Chamber, Mr. Holman assisted member companies with agency rulemakings and spearheaded efforts to reform the federal regulatory system. At the Office of Advocacy, he advocated for small businesses before OMB, EPA, DOE, and other agencies. As an attorney in EPA’s regional office in Atlanta, Georgia, he was responsible for enforcement and permitting matters under various environmental laws. Finally, while in private practice, Mr. Holman represented companies in the real estate, oil, forest products, and tire industries, as well as school districts.
Mr. Holman holds a J.D. from the Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington in Seattle. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Law School in Baltimore and the Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C.
