Daniel J. Sheffner

Daniel J. Sheffner is an Attorney Advisor with the Administrative Conference of the United States. Previously, Mr. Sheffner served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael Reagan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Honorable Kenneth J. Meyers of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He has authored several law review articles concerning diverse areas of the law.

Mr. Sheffner earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was a lead editor for the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy. He holds a B.S. with departmental honors in History from Truman State University.
