Collaborative Governance

The Committee on Collaborative Governance was disbanded in 2016. The committee studied collaborative techniques used by agencies, including negotiated rulemaking and alternative means of dispute resolution. ACUS’s decision to disband the committee was driven by overlap between this and other committee work. This decision does not reflect a change in ACUS’s mission or focus, and collaborative governance still remains an important element of many projects.

All members have joined other committees.
