-Cost Savings to the Government and/or the Public
-Ability to Replicate Project or Initiative at other Agencies
-Reduction of Unnecessary Duplication
-Transparency
-Efficiency
-Customer Service
-Streamlining or Enhancing Public Participation in the Regulatory Process
